LCTs:
Naval Party Kilo was based in Kuchin using a variety of small craft to run river patrols with sub units based at Lundu and Sematan.

Fleet Air Arm:
Attack aircraft from Victorious, Ark Royal and Hermes flew sorties and CAP from Butterworth, Changi, & Seletar.

 

 

Fleet Air Arm:
845 Naval Air Squadron, Wessex helicopters. Embarked on board HMS Albion. Deployed to Sibu and Nanga Gaat November 1963 to June 1965.
846 Naval Air Squadron, Whirlwind helicopters. Embarked on board HMS Albion.
848 Naval Air Squadron, 848 NACS SQN landed ashore in Borneo and after an initial deployment to Kuching were stationed at RAF Labuan.
849 Naval Air Squadron, Four Fairey Gannet AEW aircraft B flight from HMS Victorious, flying out of RAF Seletar.
